John Glenn School Board Meeting to be Held April 22nd

John Glenn School Corporation will hold a regular School Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 22nd at North Liberty Elementary School at 7pm Eastern Time.

Items on the agenda include a space for recognitions from each school in the corporation including Walkerton Elementary School, North Liberty Elementary School, Urey Middle School, and John Glenn High School; followed by a section for public comment.

The board will be voting on several items at this meeting, including approval of last meeting’s minutes, vouchers, personnel recommendations, and FMLA Requests. Under the New Business portion of the agenda, the board will hear a second reading of NEOLA Policies 37-1 and 36-2 Special Update. They will vote on approval for meal prices for the 2025-2026 school year, the Career and Technical Education Consortium Service Agreement, approval to award a construction bid for an outdoor facility project, and approval for the purchase of bleachers, lockers for John Glenn High School, and HVAC controls for the high school as well.

The Board will also hear reports from Director of Learning Dr. Patrick Fuller and Superintendent Mr. Christopher Winchell.

The next regular session of the John Glenn School Corporation Board will be on May 6th.
