The Knox City Council will hold a regular meeting this evening at Knox City Hall, located at 101 West Washington Street. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm Central Time.
After a section for citizen’s comments, the council will discuss Ordinance 2025-OR4: Amending Ordinance 1132 of the Municipal Code to redistrict the city’s voting districts. This will be the first reading of this ordinance.
The next item on the agenda is listed as Silvers Properties, LLC — approval of compliance with statement of benefits.
Council will also discuss relocation of electric service for the electric message board before receiving reports from the Clerk-Treasurer and the mayor.
Council will discuss any additional council items, then sign vouchers before adjourning. The public is invited to this meeting.
