STARKE COUNTY – The Starke County Economic Development Foundation (SCEDF) has announced the return of Starke Tank 2025, a business pitch competition and small business expo, taking place on May 17, 2025, at the North Judson-San Pierre High School Performing Arts Center. Doors open at 4:00 PM Central Time, with the event officially kicking off at 5:00 PM.
This year’s event isn’t just about pitches – for the first time ever, Starke Tank will feature a Small Business Expo designed to support both budding entrepreneurs and established business owners. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with local business resources, learn how to launch or grow a company, and explore a variety of vendor booths offering tools and services for success.
“We’re excited to bring this event back to the community, especially with the new addition of the small business expo,” said Executive Director, Mikie Stogsdill. “Starke Tank has always been about innovation and opportunity, and this year we’re creating even more ways for people to connect and grow.”
The evening will also feature a concessions stand and live music from local Knox artist Trevor Ciboch. Best of all – admission is completely free, making it a fun and inspiring night for the whole community.
