Knox Community School Board will hold a regular school board meeting this upcoming Monday, June 16th at 5pm Central Time. The meeting will take place at Knox Community School’s Administrative Office.
Opening items on the agenda include the call to order, pledge of allegiance, adoption of the agenda, and approval of the minutes from June 2nd regular board meeting and June 9th executive session.
Following a section for public comments, the board will receive a personnel report including one resignation, one extracurricular appointment, one new hire, and a voluntary transfer.
Under the Business section of the agenda, items include the Treasurer’s Report, Vendor Usage Report, claims to be approved, and a legislative update in which the Superintendent will discuss with the Board the new legislative policy regarding the salary of a first year teacher.
Next, the public will be invited to comment on items that were not on the agenda, and then there will be any comments or questions from administrators and the board. Following that, the meeting will be adjourned. The Knox Community School Board will hold their next regular meeting on Monday, July 7th.
