The City of Knox will be holding their Fall Bash and Knox Alumni Reunion tomorrow, Saturday, September 6th.
The festivities begin at 4pm Central Time at Wythogan Park, and will feature the city’s last concert of the year. The event is the Knox Alumni Reunion and all classes are welcome to attend.
The festivities begin at 4pm with a beer garden by 10-56 Brewing, the cornhole tournament, and food vendors.
Both Point’n Fingers Band and Blammo will be performing tomorrow. The Point’n Fingers Band plays classic to current rock and country rock, and will be performing from 4:30-7:00pm. Blammo, a classics cover band who plays pop, rock, and classics from the 60s forward, will be at the performance stage from 8pm to 10pm.
The celebration will feature a cornhole tournament with registration beginning at 3pm and the first bags flying at 4pm. It is a blind draw competition that costs $15 per person and has 100% payout. The boards will be provided for everyone, and bags will be on hand for those who need them.
Both parking and the event itself are free and there will be handicap parking available. It’s recommended to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating outside of the beer garden.
