Nominations are being accepted for the annual Henry F. Schricker “Service Before Self” Award.
The award, presented by the Starke County Chamber of Commerce, recognizes an individual in Starke County who consistently puts others first and works to make the community better.
The winner will be selected by past Schricker Award recipients and honored during the Schricker Awards Dinner.
Those wishing to make a nomination are asked to complete a nomination form with the nominee’s name and an explanation of why they deserve the honor. Completed forms can be emailed to starkechamber@gmail.com or mailed to the Starke County Chamber at 400 North Heaton Street in Knox.
The deadline to submit nominations is October 10th. No nominations will be accepted after the deadline.
