Funeral services for David G. Swartzell, 77, of Winamac, will be Wednesday, June 21 at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac with visitation there on Tuesday, June 20 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Military graveside services will be conducted. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
