Funeral services for 88-year-old Floyd Dean “Pap” Kistler, of Valparaiso, formerly of Lowell, will be Friday, June 23 at 1 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 11 a.m. ET until the time of services. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military graveside services. Memorial contributions may be made to Indian Trail Grange or Dunes Hospice.
