A celebration of life service for 4-month-old Hope Ann Siebenhaar, of Winamac, is scheduled for Friday, April 14 at 2 p.m. ET at the Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel with visitation there from noon until the time of the service.
