Funeral services for Ralph L. Blankenship, 71, of Walkerton, will be Tuesday, April 11 at 4 p.m. ET at the Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel, with visitation there from 2 p.m. ET until the time of services. Edward Lisac Jr.

Edward Lisac Jr., age 87, of Knox, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023 at his home. Edward was born December 4, 1935 in Chicago to Edward Lisac Sr. and Anna Nejman Lisac, both deceased. Ed loved fishing and jigsaw puzzles. He was also avid White Sox and Bears fan. He was an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Knox, where he had been an usher. On June 22, 1957 he married Joanne Primer, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Jim Lisac (Denise) of Knox, Diane Madderom (Bruce) of Newport, NY and Cris Lisac of Knox, two sisters, Shirley Olejniczak of Michigan City and Sharon Gorman (Pat) of Orland Park, IL, grandchildren, Christopher, Craig, Kyle, Nicholas, Andrew and Kaitlian, and great grandchildren, Christopher Jr., Lia, Hunter, Ryder, Ayden, Ashlynn, Adelynn, Andrew, Emma, Kylie, Autumn and Saylor. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Lisac.

A memorial mass will take place on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 11am (CT) at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Knox. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox is handling arrangements.

James W. Feuquay, Jr.

James W. Feuquay, Jr., 78, of Winamac, IN, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at his home, surrounded by family. He was born on October 29, 1944, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late James Feuquay, Sr. and Helen (Fetch) Feuquay. After completing his education James served in the United States Air Force for four years until being honorably discharged. He later met and married the love of his life Linda Brennan and together they spent over 50 wonderful years by each other’s sides; raising their family and watching their children and then grandchildren grow.
