05/28/18 A resident on 500 N. in Knox told police that a neighbor has goats and fourt dogs and aren’t being fed or cared for. One dog has already died. No one has been at the residence for days.
05/28/18 A dog was found panting in a hot car in the parking lot at Bailey’s Discount Center. Another person opened the door and gave the dog water.
