Incidents:

09/10/18 Emergency responders were notified of an accident at U.S. 30 and 700 E. in Hamlet where a car flipped off the road. No injuries were reported.

09/10/18 A car vs. deer accident was reported on State Road 39 south of the Yellow River Bridge.

09/10/18 A Grovertown resident filed a theft report.

09/10/18 A property damage accident was reported at the Economy Inn where the drivers got into a verbal confrontation.

09/10/18 A Bass Lake resident requested an officer to file a report on property damage to her fence.

09/11/18 An inmate reported that a bank card was used without permission.

09/11/18 A Grovertown resident reported the theft of a lawn mower.

09/11/18 A property damage accident between two cars was reported at Main Steet and Redskin Trail. No injuries were reported.

09/11/18 A car vs. deer accident was reported in the 8800 block of E. 400 N. in Knox.

09/12/18 A driver told police that she hit the railroad cross arms at State Road 8. She said she didn’t know if she was hurt but the vehicle is damaged.

09/12/18 A North Judson resident reported a peeping tom.

09/13/18 Dispatchers received a call about a vehicle down in the ditch at 500 S. and 350 W. in North Judson. The female driver is out of the vehicle and uninjured.

09/13/18 A North Judson resident told police that two men in a red SUV with a ladder and Washington license plates approached her door announcing they are from CenturyLink, but could not produce credentials when asked to do so.

09/14/18 A vehicle rollover was reported in the State Road 10 W. area of 500 W. in North Judson. Two vehicles were involved. No injuries were reported.

09/14/18 A San Pierre resident reported the theft of a gaming system and games.

09/14/18 A resident reported the theft of a bench and headstone marker at the Eagle Creek Cemetery in Knox.

09/14/18 A vehicle was reported stolen from a North Judson body shop.

09/14/18 A call came in about a possible dead body wrapped up on the side of the road. Upon further investigation, it was a Halloween decoration.

09/14/18 A resident reported items stolen from a grave at Eagle Creek Cemetery.

09/15/18 A car vs deer accident was reported in the 5100 block of E. 500 S. in Knox.

09/15/18 A woman told police that she fell asleep at the wheel and her vehicle went into the ditch on U.S. 35 south of 400 N. in Knox.

09/16/18 A Walkerton resident reported damage to a mailbox.

09/10/18 Joshua Givens, 31, of Knox, arrested on a bench warrant and a felony arrest warrant.

09/10/18 Niema Valencia, 32, arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, resisting law enforcement and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.

09/11/18 Dennis Pratt, 57, of Knox, hold per Knox City Court.

09/11/18 Kyle Scheib, 25, of Knox, arrested on a felony arrest warrant.

09/13/18 James Childress, 34, of Knox, arrested on a probation violation of dispositional order.

09/13/18 Alexus Alexander, 27, of Knox, arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

09/14/18 Daniel Burkett, 36, of Monterey, arrested on a preliminary charge of inappropriate communication with a child.

09/14/18 Curtis Taylor, 47, of Valparaiso, arrested on a felony arrest warrant.

09/15/18 Frankie Tolson, 30, of Plymouth arrested on a bench warrant.

09/16/18 Wendy Miller, 27, of Winamac, arrested on three bench warrants.
