7/17/17 A Monterey resident reported the theft of diesel fuel from work trucks.
7/17/17 A burglary was reported in the 2600 block of W. Southside Parkway in North Judson.
7/17/17 Starke County deputies responded to a property damage accident at 300 N. and 1100 E. in Grovertown.
7/18/17 A resident reported a rollover accident at 2100 S. E. of 421.
7/19/17 A property damage accident was reported on 300 N. and 1100 East in Knox. The driver slid off the road and is in a cornfield.
7/19/17 Officers investigated a report of a battery of two inmates, Roland Minix and Allen Moore, while incarcerated in the Starke County Jail.
7/19/17 A resident in the 8200 block of E. 400 N. reported the theft of guns.
7/19/17 A two-vehicle accident was reported on U.S. 30 at the Grovertown Truck Stop.
7/19/17 Two cases of sexual misconduct with a minor were reported to police. The incidents are under investigation.

7/21/17 A resident in the 6400 block of S. Eastern Place at Bass Lake reported all four tires on his vehicle were slashed.

7/22/17 Starke County EMS Medic 5 workers were checking on a limb in the road when a car sideswiped the ambulance.
7/22/17 A two-vehicle accident was reported in the area of State Road 8 and 700 East in Knox.
7/23/17 A resident reported the theft of a vehicle from the Honey Hole at Bass Lake.
7/23/17 Police responded to a report of shots fired in Monterey. A BB gun shot out a few windows in the area of 8600 block of S. Sycamore Street.
Arrests:
7/18/17 Adam Vargas, 43, of Plymouth, charged with criminal trespass.
7/23/17 Ryan Stuart, 24, arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
