Barbara McLaughlin Receives Starke County Community Foundation Hardesty Award
The Starke County Community Foundation has announced the winner of its 2018 James R. Hardesty Leadership in Philanthropy Award. Barbara McLaughlin was presented with the award during last week’s Community Impact Reception.
