Manufacturing Day is just over a month away, and economic development officials are getting ready. Seventh graders from around Starke County will once again have the chance to meet with representatives from local industries, during an event hosted by the Starke County Economic Development Foundation.

Weidner School of Inquiry to Host Event on Manufacturing Day
Manufacturing Day is set for Friday, Oct. 4 and plans are in motion to observe this event.
The Weidner School of Inquiry at Plymouth High School will welcome Mark and Joel Neidig from ITAMCO from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET on Friday and tours of the Precision Machining Facility will take place at 1 p.m. ET.
