The North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation broke ground on its elementary school addition and renovation project Monday. It will add a 500-seat gym to the south side of the school. The existing gym will then be turned into additional cafeteria space, a multipurpose room, a maker space, a conference room, and a faculty dining room. The school’s HVAC and plumbing systems will be upgraded, and new paint, lighting, and cabinetry are planned for the interior.
