The Knox Mayor’s Office issued a reminder that “ Spring Clean-Up Dumpster Days” will be held this weekend.
Residents can drop items off from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 19th and Sunday May 20th. The dumpsters will be located in Wythogan Park, at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the rear of the park.

The Town of North Judson is reminding residents that trash pickup now takes place on the streets, instead of the alleys. Trash should be placed along the curb for pickup. Once pickup is complete, garbage cans should be moved away from the street. Continue reading
The Medaryville Town Council is updating the definition of the word trash.
A recent case in the Pulaski County courts led the town government to consider amending some of the language to be more specific. During a special session held Friday afternoon, Town Council members considered an amendment to what Board President Bob Schultz says is their trash ordinance.
Pulaski County is encouraging the head of its Recycling and Transfer Station to get in touch with the Town of Winamac to talk recycling.
The Pulaski County Recycling and Transfer Station could soon be discussing recycling efforts with the Town of Monterey.
