Frain Mortuary is partnering with the Winamac American Legion Post #71 and Winamac VFW Post #1728 to make small American flags available to families to place at a gravesite of a veteran. While the members of the veteran’s organizations usually complete this task, a gravesite may be overlooked. If a flag needs to be placed at a gravesite, they can be picked up at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. The gravesite location will be added to the list for next year.
