The Pulaski County Fairgrounds will soon get a couple of upgrades. Last week, the Winamac Park Board authorized the Pulaski County Jr. Leaders club to replace the sign that stands at the entrance to the fairgrounds from the rest of the Town Park.

Winamac Town Park Kiddie Playground May Get New Equipment
The Winamac Town Park’s small children’s playground may soon get new equipment, thanks to the town’s Kiwanis Club. The club has the chance to apply for a matching grant from the Indiana District of Kiwanis, and has offered to pursue funds for playground equipment. That’s according to Town Attorney Justin Schramm, who also serves on the club’s executive board.

Park Board Holds Special Session over Specific Plans for Restroom Project in Winamac
When the Winamac Park Board met in a special session yesterday evening, they went over some preliminary plans regarding the proposed restroom project in the town park.
Park Board President Courtney Poor explained that they cannot get a quote from their architect Mark Maddox until he knows what he’s drawing.
