Tomerlin was sentenced to a total of 36 months in the Department of Corrections on charges of Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Resisting Law Enforcement. He was arrested in August and found to be in possession of a narcotic drug and intentionally fled on foot from an officer.
Meanwhile, Bottorff was sentenced to 13 months in the Department of Corrections with seven months suspended. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case and prohibited from making contact with any female under the age of 16 as a condition of his probation. He was arrested in June on charges of Theft and Child Solicitation, but the solicitation charges were dropped.
