Police, Coroner Investigate Stabbing, Shooting Incident in Medaryville

One man is dead after an incident at a residence in Medaryville on Tuesday afternoon.

Officers arrived at a home in the 200 block of  S. Waldron in Medaryville at 12:41 p.m. after receiving a report about a stabbing and shooting there.  Pulaski County Coroner John Behny says the cause and manner of death are under investigation at this time pending an autopsy and toxicology results.

Town Marshal Dave Combs stated the names of those involved are being withheld until formal notification can be done.

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 22.
