Some work is being done along U.S. 35 in Knox ahead of a paving project.
According to Northwest District INDOT Media Relations Director Adam Parkhouse, curb replacement at a few intersections will take place ahead of the resurfacing of U.S. 35 within the Knox jurisdiction. The paving portion is expected to begin in Mid-August and last two months.
Walsh and Kelly will be completing the paving work as well as the installation of ADA compliant curbs and ramps along U.S. 35 in Knox from Carlson Drive to Water Street. Lane closures are expected with flaggers directing traffic.
