West Central Schools to use Built-in Snow Days to Make up Missed Days

Students in the West Central School Corporation will be going to school on the built-in snow days built into the school calendar.

Superintendent Don Street said three days will be used to make up for recent school closures.

“We do utilize eLearning but for only two days in a row,” explained Street.  “We will be going to school on Feb. 15, Feb. 18 and April 22.  We will continue to utilize eLearning, if needed, but for only two days in a row.”

The hazardous road conditions due to snow and extreme cold temperatures caused school officials to close school for student safety.
