The Pulaski County Clerk’s Office is accepting absentee ballot requests through its Facebook page. Any voter can choose to vote by mail in this year’s primary by filling out a request form and turning it in to county election officials by May 21 at 11:59 p.m. local time. Request forms can be found on the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office website.
Pulaski County voters can mail completed forms to Pulaski Co. Circuit Court Clerk, 112 E. Main Street, Room 230 Winamac, IN 46996-1394. Clerk JoLynn Behny says that with her staff working from home as much as possible, her office is also letting voters request absentee ballots by messaging the Pulaski County Clerks Office Facebook page. There, voters can also find the latest election information from the state.
Those who are confined due to illness or injury or who are caring for someone who is may also request to vote by travel board.
