Pulaski County Tribe to host Art in the Park this weekend

A press release from Pulaski County Tribe states that there will be an Art in the Park event in Winamac this weekend.

The event will take place at Winamac Town Park from 11am to 2pm Eastern Time.

The release states: This free, outdoor event invites people of all ages and invites them to experience art in an interactive way. Instead of simply viewing finished pieces, attendees can watch artists at work, take part in hands-on activities, and engage directly with the creative process.

The event will feature a mix of:

  • Demonstrations
  • Hands-on creative activities
  • Regional artists and makers
  • Performances and entertainment
  • Food Trucks

Hosted by Pulaski County Tribe, Art in the Park is designed to create an accessible and engaging environment where people can spend time outdoors along the scenic Tippecanoe River, explore
something new, and connect through shared experiences.

“Art doesn’t have to be something you just look at,” said Brandi Larkin of Pulaski County Tribe. “This event creates space for people to step into it, try it, and experience it in a way that feels approachable.”

Art in the Park is part of PCT’s ongoing work to bring people together through creativity, culture, and
connection, while supporting local artists and activating community spaces.
