Back in September, the town council agreed to let the program use a 1979 Ford fire truck that the North Judson-Wayne Township Fire Department has been unable to sell, as long as the SCILL Center would maintain it. On Monday, Fire Chief Joe Leszek told the town council Monday that the paperwork was being finalized, and the fire department planned to hand the truck over to the SCILL Center this week.
