Starke County’s Court Appointed Special Advocates program added four new volunteers Tuesday. Jonathon Hardesty, Erica Hemphill, Jim Kephart, and Joann Mizanskey were sworn in during a virtual ceremony. As CASAs, they’ll help guide abused and neglected kids through the court system.
