Wanatah Library Gets Grant

Officials at Triple J-Mar Petroleum, Inc. recently announced the grant’s recipient. The funds were used to purchase E-Books from Overdrive, one of the nation’s largest e-book providers. The library staff is excited to provide E-Books to the residents of Wanatah and the surrounding areas.
Wanatah Scarecrow Festival Continues, Parade Today
The Wanatah Scarecrow Festival continues today!
The parade begins at 11 a.m. downtown, entertainment will be available all day at Tent B, horse drawn carriage tours begin at 12:30 p.m., the talent show and dress up is at 3 p.m., and a karaoke contest will be at 8 p.m. sponsored by the American Legion Post 403.
