North Judson-San Pierre School Board to Swear in New Member Tonight

The new Railroad Township representative for the North Judson-San Pierre School Board, Sandy Kersting Rudd, will be sworn in when members meet tonight.

Members are expected to receive one presentation over a NIPSCO rebate and another about graduation pathways. A summary over capital projects will be provided as well.

The final reading over a group of NEOLA policies and the first reading over the 2019-2020 school calendar will be conducted. Members will also consider an interest earned resolution as well as a resolution authorizing the treasurer to pay claims and any necessary make transfers prior to the board’s next meeting in 2019.

The school corporation’s extracurricular winter weather protocol will be discussed and members will be asked to approve the swim program and accept donations for the athletic department.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Central Office Board Meeting Room on the NJ-SP campus.
