A man accused of killing his father and his father’s girlfriend at a home in Winamac in March will appear for a final Pre-Trial hearing in Pulaski Circuit Court on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
Autopsy results in a double homicide investigation in Pulaski County have been released.

Additional court dates will be set on Monday, May 7, for a Winamac man charged with two counts of murder.
Ross Stacy, 32, was arrested on Saturday, March 10, as a suspect in the death of his father, 59-year-old Loss Stacy, and 56-year-old Mary Kurek, of Gary. Police say Kurek was the girlfriend of Loss Stacy.

On Friday, Indiana State Police were called to Pulaski County to investigate a suspected double homicide.
According to ISP representatives, evidence from the investigation lead to the arrest of 32-year-old Ross Stacy, of Winamac, the morning of Saturday, March 10th. Ross Stacy is being held in the Pulaski County Jail and has been formally charged with Murder. Continue reading
