When the Starke County Young Professionals Group met earlier this month, they covered a few different organizational matters.
For instance, members discussed whether they should remain a committee under the Starke County Chamber of Commerce or if they should branch out and go through the process of becoming a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Starke/Pulaski Habitat for Humanity is making progress on its Knox home building project. Volunteers are helping to build a house at the corner of Prettyman and Delaware streets for Hope McIntire and her 5-year-old daughter Raelynn.
Another free movie in the park event will be held tonight in North Judson. “Boss Baby” will be shown at 8:00 p.m. at Norwayne Field.

The Starke County Young Professionals Group will host a free screening of “The Jungle Book” at 8:00 p.m. at Norwayne Field.
